Ways Of Shipping
Orders placed before 5pm will be executed on the same day provided that the products are available. Orders placed after 6pm will be executed the next day. Products are shipped on the same or the next business day after your order. In case a product is not available, we will inform you by email or phone. In case any of the products is not immediately available, the waiting time may usually reach 3-4 business days. All prices below include VAT. Upon completion of your order, an automatic email message is sent to you with a breakdown of your order.
The delivery of the products to your location is done by a courier company on the same day or the next day, unless a later date is specified by the customer. The customer is obliged to specify the desired delivery time in case of a gift. The service “cash on delivery” is provided free of charge.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our company does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store, but informs the interested customer based on the information available about their availability or non-availability, and undertakes to promptly inform customers in case of any change in this information, regarding non-availability. In this case, the company does not incur any further liability.
Under no circumstances is our company liable civilly or criminally for any damages (positive, special or consequential, which by way of indication and not limitation, consist of loss of profits, data, lost profits, pecuniary satisfaction, etc.) that any visitor of the online store or third party may suffer due to issues related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website or inability to provide services, products, or information that are made available through it, and/or unauthorized third-party interventions in products, services, or information made available through it.

Orders for pick-up from our store are serviced on the same or next business day, provided that the product is available, and you will be informed by phone when they are ready.
Pick-up hours for orders from the store:
Monday to Sunday 9.00 – 21.00
Orders for pick-up from the store are not charged shipping fees.
Orders that remain pending for more than 2 days are automatically released.
