Return Policy
RETURN AND CHANGE POLICY
The customer has the right to cancel the order, i.e. to cancel the purchase transaction up to one day before the delivery of the order. In this case, the customer sends a cancellation statement to our company at the email address info@kiposkalou.gr, or contacts us by phone at +30 2310 914929. Our company will accept the cancellation and will refund the price to the customer by crediting their credit card. In cancellations made on the same day, the amount is not refunded.
Comments regarding the quality of the flowers are accepted only on the same day and only by the sender. In this case, the product will be inspected and if there is a problem with its quality, it will be replaced.
If the products have already been delivered by the shipping company, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products under the following conditions.
Changing products after delivery
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased product, they have the right to request a change of the purchased product. Products containing fresh flowers are excluded. In this case, the customer can send an email to our company at the above mentioned email address info@kiposkalou.gr and contact us by phone at +30 2310 914929, requesting a change of the product with another product of their choice.
For the exchange of a non-wrong, undamaged, or generally non-defective product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (courier, shipping, postal or other), which will be at their own risk. Changes will not be accepted for products that were sold with a discount at the time of purchase.
If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, then our company will credit the difference to the customer according to the terms specified below. Return of products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery).
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase they have made, they have the right to return the product they have bought and request a refund of the paid price, as provided for by Greek legislation for the protection of the consumer (right of withdrawal from a concluded sale). Products containing fresh flowers are excluded from this. In this case, the customer sends us an email message at the email address noted above (info@kiposkalou.gr) and contacts us by phone at +30 2310 914929, requesting the return of the product in exchange for a refund of the paid price.
For the return of a non-wrong, non-damaged, or generally non-defective product with the purpose of a refund, the customer bears the cost of the return shipment (courier, transportation, mail, or other), which will be made at their own risk
Deadline for product exchange or return
Any request for product exchange or return must be sent within 2 days from the receipt of the product. Fresh flower products are exempted from this rule. Requests for product exchange or return after the 2-day period will be accepted.
Only in the case of defective products according to Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

Return or exchange of the entire product
Both the right to exchange and the right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) apply to the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on just part of the product.
Condition of returned products
Returning products policy
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Products must be returned (for refund or exchange) in their original condition, complete and undamaged, and their original packaging must not be unsealed.
Shipping the products to our company.
Shipping of products for return or exchange is free only through the same courier company with which the product was initially shipped if the product does not meet the conditions stated in its description. In the event that the product is shipped for return or exchange with another courier company, the customer will be charged for the shipping costs.
The customer sends an e-mail to our company at the e-mail address indicated above info@kiposkalou.gr and contacts us by phone at +30 2310 914929, requesting the return or exchange of the product.
For each product that is returned or for which an exchange is requested, the customer must include a copy of the original purchase receipt with the shipment.
Delivery cost for products for which an exchange is requested.
In the case of a wrong, damaged, or defective product for which an exchange is requested, the customer will not be charged for the cost of the second delivery of the new product obtained following the exchange.
Conditions for product returns.
If any of the above conditions are not met, our company reserves the right to (a) consider that the right to exchange or return was not validly or timely exercised and therefore not accept the return or exchange of the product, or (b) especially in the case of products that are not returned intact, complete, intact, and with their original sealed packaging, including fresh flowers.
Refund
As soon as we receive a request for return or exchange of a product and provided that the above conditions are met, we will credit the customer’s credit card with the corresponding amount. Processing the request and making the credit entry typically takes 7 business days. The customer will be notified as soon as the return/exchange request has been fully processed. In the event that our company is entitled to compensation for defects in the returned products, as provided above, we will have the right to offset the corresponding amount of the due compensation against the price to be refunded.
