DELIVERY/SHIPPING

Delivery within Thessaloniki
Our company will make product deliveries through the courier company with which it collaborates.
Delivery may be delayed:

a) During periods of high commercial traffic

b) Due to adverse weather conditions

c) In case of force majeure

POLICY OF RETURNS AND CHANGES

Cancellation of an order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)
The Customer has the right to cancel the order, i.e. to cancel the purchase transaction, up to one day before the delivery of the order. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation statement to our company at the email address info@kiposkalou.gr, or contacts us by phone at +30 2310 914929. Our company will accept the cancellation and will refund the price to the customer by crediting their credit card. In cancellations made on the same day, the amount is not refunded.
Comments regarding the quality of the flowers are accepted on the same day and only by the sender. In this case, the product will be checked and if there is a problem with its quality, the product will be replaced.
If they have already been given to the courier company, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products under the terms below.

Change of products after delivery

2. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchased product, they have the right to request a change of the purchased product. Products containing fresh flowers are exempt. In this case, the customer can send an email to our company at the above-mentioned email address info@kiposkalou.gr and contact us by phone at 2310 914929, requesting the change of the product to another product of their choice.
For a change of a product that is not incorrect, damaged, or generally faulty, the customer assumes the cost of returning the product (courier, shipping, post, or other), which will be at their own risk.

3. Changes will not be accepted for products sold at a discount at the time of purchase.
4. If the new product has a higher price than the product being returned, the customer will be notified by email to proceed with a new payment process (to pay the difference). The email will contain a link to the payment website of this website, through which the customer will enter all the necessary payment information according to the terms below. If the new product has a lower price than the product being returned, our company will credit the difference to the customer according to the terms listed below.
Return of products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase they made, they have the further right to return the product they will purchase and request a refund of the paid price, as provided by Greek legislation for consumer protection (right of withdrawal from a concluded sale). Products containing fresh flowers are excluded. In this case, the customer sends us a message/email via the email address noted above, info@kiposkalou.gr, and contacts us by phone at 2310 914929, requesting the return of the product in exchange for a refund of the paid price.

For the return of a non-wrong, non-damaged or generally non-defective product for the purpose of returning the money, the customer bears the cost of returning it (courier, shipping company, post office or other), which will be done at their own risk.

Deadline for product exchange or return.

6.every request for a change or return of a product must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product. Products containing fresh flowers are excluded. Requests for the exchange or return of products after the 2-day period will only be accepted in the case of defective products according to Greek law, based on the provisions that apply to sales contracts.

Return or exchange of the entire product
Both the right to exchange and the right to return the product (the right of withdrawal from the sale) apply to the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on a part of the product only.

Status of returned products

Return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Products must be returned (for refund or exchange) in their original condition, complete and intact, and their original packaging must not be unsealed.

Shipping products to our company

The shipment of products for return or exchange is free only through the same courier company with which the product was initially sent if the product does not meet the conditions specified in the description. In case of sending the product for return or exchange with another courier company, the customer will be charged the shipping costs.

The customer sends an email message to our company at the above email address info@kiposkalou.gr and contacts us by phone at 2310 914929, requesting the return or exchange of the product.

For each product that is returned or for which an exchange is requested, the customer must include a copy of the original purchase receipt with the shipment.
Cost of delivery for products that are requested for exchange
In the case of a wrong, damaged, or defective product for which an exchange is requested, the Customer will not be charged for the second delivery of the new product obtained after the exchange.

Conditions for returning products.

In case any of the above conditions are not met, our company reserves the right to either (a) consider that the right to exchange or return the product was not validly or timely exercised, and therefore not accept the return or exchange of the product, or (b) particularly in the case of products that are not returned intact, complete, undamaged, and with their original packaging sealed, including fresh flowers.
Refund of the price.
Once we receive a request for return or exchange of a product and provided that the above conditions are met, we will credit the Customer’s credit card with the relevant amount. Processing the request and completing the credit transaction usually takes 7 business days.
The Customer will be notified as soon as the request for return/exchange has been fully processed. In the above-mentioned case where our company is entitled to compensation for defects in the returned products, it will have the right to set off the relevant amount of the due compensation against the price to be refunded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our company does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store, but informs the interested customer based on the information available about the availability or not, and undertakes to timely inform customers in case of any changes to this information regarding unavailability. In this case, our company is not liable for any further responsibility.

Under no circumstances is our company liable civilly or criminally for any damage (positive, specific or deposits, which include, but are not limited to, loss of profits, data, missed profits, financial compensation, etc.) that a visitor to the online store or a third party may suffer due to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website or in case of inability to provide services and/or products and/or information made available through it, and/or unauthorized interventions of third parties in products and/or services and/or information made available through it.
